The Emergence of Alpha Learning Center
Alpha Learning Centre has evolved from an idea of global education to an institution of international excellence. In their bid to calibrate learning opportunities worldwide, our founding team came up with a clear and unique ideology to offer competency building opportunities to people from all nationalities in an equal and credible manner.
Subsequently, our quest soon became about procuring the right talent to dispense these learning opportunities to delegates from governments, corporate entities, medical centres, educational institutes, financial markets and hospitality industries, worldwide. Our founders put together a carefully curated team to screen senior facilitators, management trainers and industry experts in a way that we has a 24 x 7 pool of human resources for clients to make an informed choice from.
Not only that, our team of behavioural and knowledge experts have designed and developed courses that are at par with top learning institutes and universities. Many of our resource personnel are celebrated alumni from these learning institutes and propagate within our teams, the culture of continuous learning. We started as a small unit some years ago, liaising with industry experts and the cream of training consultants and have now successfully founded our institute in Dubai, UAE.
What does our name mean?
Alpha Learning Centre finds its core inspiration in surpassing the mediocre to reach a level of high professionalism. Our name emerges from the Greek word ‘Alpha’, which for us means to ‘Lead with excellence’.
The Alpha Learning Centre team aspires to partner with clients all over the world to help discover the innate potential of every individual who connects with our Learning Centre.

Alpha Learning Centre!
We meet our clients (in-person or virtually, depending upon their preference) and understand their specific needs. We have a list of structured analytical tools that we enlist for the benefit of our delegates. Having understood the nature of our clients’ requirements’, we present a list of offerings that they choose from. Taking on from here, we prepare a detailed strategy for our clients to bridge learning, skills and productivity gaps and manoeuvre this plan into action.
We personally review the performance of delegates we have worked with and help them show accountability to their post training/coaching development. Â

Our training offerings on-site are held at our Alpha Learning Centre office in Dubai, UAE. We have also partnered with various business spaces in the UAE and other parts of the world. These official sites have infrastructure best suited for certain professional courses that we conduct that require a practical method of instruction or demonstration. Our clients have a wide range of packages to choose from, some of which can be clubbed with sight-seeing and educational tours of the country.
Virtual Training Programs
Alongside on-site training programs, our facilitation experts all over the world partner with us to deliver carefully designed training courses based on the requirement and selection of our clients, online. Using any best-suited web-based platform, these training programs are live and instructor-led. The best part about virtual training programs is that these can be scheduled across diverse time zones and customised in capsule sized modules.
