Course Registration and Information
1. HOW CAN I REGISTER FOR A COURSE?
4 simple ways to register with Alpha Learning Centre (ALC):
- Website: Log on to our website www.alphalearningcentre.com. Select the course you want from the list of categories or filter through the calendar options. Click the “Register” button in the filtered results or the “Manual Registration” option on the course page. Complete the form and click submit.

2. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY COURSE REGISTRATION IS CONFIRMED?
Upon receiving the registration form, our course registration team will contact you via email or call, post which they will share the Training Invitation Letter and Invoice.
3. WHAT IS ALC’S TRAINING CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY?
Request for course cancellation must be made in writing to info@alphalearningcentre.com & received 14 days before the course date. A USD250.00 processing fee will be charged per delegate for each cancellation. After that, we regret that we cannot refund any fees due, although in such cases, we would be happy to welcome a colleague who would substitute for you. If a course is cancelled, ALC will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to the cancellation of flights, accommodation, etc.

4. HOW DO I PAY MY COURSE FEES?
You or your company/ sponsor will be invoiced, and we accept Bank transfers and Card Payments.
5. WHEN DO I PAY MY COURSE FEES?
All course fees/invoices must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the start of the course. Your course is NOT confirmed until payment has been received. ALC has the right to refuse admission if the payment is not received.
6. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COURSE FEES?
Course fees include below:
- Intensive training sessions from well-qualified trainers
- Interactive training material for all our courses
- Certificate of Training on successful course completion
- Free consultation and coaching during and after the course
- Lunch and 2 coffee breaks on each training day

9. CAN YOU ASSIST ME IN OBTAINING THE VISA?
No, we do not provide assistance in obtaining the visa.
10. WHAT KIND OF CERTIFICATE WILL I RECEIVE AFTER COURSE COMPLETION?
A valid ALC ‘Certificate of Training’ will be awarded to each participant upon successfully completing the course.
Accredited certificates from HRCI, PMI, CPD, IIBA are also available upon request and additional fees.
11. DO YOU ALSO OFFER ACCREDITATION FROM A PROFESSIONAL INSTITUTE?

13. CAN I REQUEST FOR A COURSE TO BE SCHEDULED AT A SPECIFIC DATE AND TIME?
Your Preferred Course Dates can be requested by connecting with one of our consultants on call or WhatsApp us on +971 52 102 8628 or +44 7443 559 344. Although this is ALC’s prerogative, and decisions are taken on case-to-case basis. Having said this, you can be sure to get a confirmed course as per your preferred course date if you are willing to provide a minimum of 4-course registrations or pay an equivalent course fee.

In an Exclusive training for a client we can consider big groups and there is no limit on the total number of participants.

Yes, apart from public courses we also offer tailored in-house courses as per client’s requirement. We prepare the course to include specially designed cases and exercises, which apply to the client’s business and expectations. ALC works closely with several international principals from around the world to deliver diversity in the solutions offered.
An in-house course is delivered specifically for the client requesting it for internally nominated delegates. These courses can be delivered in different languages either ‘out of the box’ or with further tailoring and customisation. We are flexible when it comes to designing the course, language of instruction and timings for tailored in-house courses.

25. IS ALC A CERTIFIED TRAINING INSTITUTE?
Yes, ALC is a recognised international training service provider. With our endeavour and commitment to quality delivery we are certified under ISO 9001: 2015 and 29990: 2010 standard.
26. HOW MANY COURSE MODULES CAN BE COVERED IN A DAY?
Our course consultants on most subjects can cover about 3 to maximum 4 modules in a classroom training format. In a live online training format, we can only cover 2 to maximum 3 modules in a day.
27. WHAT ARE THE START AND FINISH TIMES FOR ALC LIVE ONLINE COURSES?
Our live online courses start around 9:30am and finish by 12:30pm. There are 3 contact hours per day. The course coordinator will confirm the Timezone during course confirmation.
29. HOW ARE THE ONLINE CERTIFICATION EXAMS FACILITATED?
A ‘Remotely Proctored’ exam will be facilitated after your course.
The remote web proctor solution allows you to take your exams online, using a webcam, microphone and a stable internet connection. You can schedule your exam in advance, at a date and time of your choice. At the agreed time you will connect with a proctor who will invigilate your exam live.
